That's impressive work. That axle bar looks extremely thick and must be a pain to hold. Works the grip a treat I'd say.

I am going to add in some axle deadlifts in the next few weeks to get my grip up to the level it needs to be. Its not too bad to handle the axle for the level of my axle clean and press. Deadlifts should test the grip much better.

Alright so I started my new job on Monday. I have been in the classroom for 10 hours a day with another few hours afterwards studying. I havent touched a weight all week and I am not happy about it, but sometimes other things get priority. I have also been eating like crap all week as well. I am going to attempt to get into the gym this week and eat much better.

Yep we are in the classroom for the next 2 weeks. We have field time scheduled for the next 3 days, but I am not sure how much actual time we will spend out there. Its also going to be gorgeous outside so its a nice little treat.
