2/22/2012 TJM Axle Push Press Accumulation wk, 10's wave
Longest workout name ever.

Diesel crew shoulder warm up, lite stretching, forgot to do jump rope

*my work sets freaking sucked. Its been so long since I did cardio lifting, its not even funny.

Chins:

Close Grip bench using swiss bar against monster minis:

Workout Notes: The volume in the push presses kicked my ass today. Wierd CGBP is an exercise that I will have to keep in this routine as its so awkward and just crushes the triceps. Chins and pullups continue to get slightly better every workout and my farmers walks where really good today even if they are really short distance. I am not looking forward to high rep squatting tomorrow.













2/23/2012 TJM WK 1, Accumulation, 10's wave Squat

Super high volume squats:

This took nearly 30 minutes to get done. I felt like death for 20 minutes afterwards. I have no idea how people survive Smolov.

Assistance cancelled due to death feeling.


Conditioning/Yoke Walk:
565X30(slow)
565X30(slow, but better)
565X30(much better, almost fast)
565X30(Best yoke walk in a long time)

Notes: I cant remember the last time I felt like that after squatting. I seriously about left the gym and cried. I felt so terrible between sets I had to sit down and wheeze. This is exactly what my program needs right now. I have never been good at repping weights, but fairly good at 1rm's. If I can rep weights out better, my 1rm should shoot up. This will also help improve conditioning and help me get this fat stripped off.

You and me both Austin. That 7x5 work on Smolov about 80% would cripple me. I've done a few lighter 5x10s like this and felt like a weak fool.

I went and did events with the crew, but didnt do anything other than axle due to my shoulder being a little growly. I dont think its anything serious, but it still hurts a touch so we will see how push press on wednesday goes.

Notes: We got new farmer wlak handles from EFS today so I had to give them a go and take their sweet virginity. I dropped the stone on the last rep and smashed it into a attachment from the lat pull down and took two gouges out of the damn stone. I am a jackass. Other than my douchebaggery it was a really good workout.
