I was trying to figure out a 1rm for my new program i am starting next week. I know I can easily hit 36" when fresh.

Here is what my tire deads look like:

Notes: I misloaded the damn bar for deads and tire deads like 3 times, but caught my mistakes all but the 1 time. I had a terrible day with that, not sure why. I am slowly adapting to the new assistance and new loads for this program. I would call the first week a success. I havent done a bunch of hook grip since I ripped my thumb off at my November competition on the car hold. I plan on doing all my normal deadlifts set with hook grip to get back into the habit. I also plan on adding a set of grip work into either Tuesday or Wednesday workout to improve that weakness.
