*I lost tightness in the hole on the 405 attempt and just dumped it. I screwed this up in tow ways. 1. Should not have attempted 2. Should have hit 365-375 first before attempting.

Stepmill:
Intervals: 30 seconds at 80 spm, 1:30 at 40 spm
8 intervals

Stretched and left. Didnt feel like doing front squats or leg press today. I had other stuff to get done.

Default 11/6/2011 Events Training

I really need to start writing stuff down at events training. Between the lifting and the bull****ting, I forget what we do half the time.

Arm over arm pull with prowler:
prowler plus 6 plates for 80 feet X2
I pushed the damn prowler back to the start line about 8 times. At one point it was loaded with 6 plates, a 115 db, 130 db, and a soon to be 6 year old. That wasnt moving too fast, lol

12 inch Log:
emptyX8
180X5
200X3
220X2
240X1
*I toyed with a new horrid looking, but effective clean to not affect my bicep a lot. It worked but was ugly as as hell

Keg carry approx 250 keg:
walked for about 80 feet with one turn around
*tore up my forearm on the keg so i quit there

Deadlift:
315X2
405X1
455X1
*showing the cardio kids correct deadlift form so I was demonstrating how its done correctly

One arm dead: Broke 455 from the ground. I got it an inch or two off the deck

Farmer Holds:
160Xminute
250Xminute
330X20 seconds
*weight was per hand. My grip seems to be crazy strong lately

I am sure we did other stuff, but I cant remember. I know I spent a ton of time helping the cardio kids with technique. They were getting sick of me telling them how to do stuff.
