Legs

Warm up with 145 on leverage machine . Close stance , felt pretty good .
145x10x2

Barbell squat
145x5 actually felt very close to the leverage machine for weight.
205x5+10 lbs

RPT
255x5+10 lbs
235x6+10 lbs
220x7+5 lbs
205x10+10 lbs
205x8+10 lbs

Straight leg dead lift
135x12
185x12+2 reps
205x10+2 reps


I was going to do an work but man my ab's got smoked just doing legs. No an work needed today.
I will do some this week , total time 50 minutes from start of warm up to finish .

Happy with today's work out , did not wrap knees or where a weight belt. Wanted to see how I felt today without . I widened my stance a little and pointed my feet out a little more. Feels good so I'll stick with it and see.

As always all squats ATG. The butt already felt smoked by the time SLDL started.

I don't expect to get lean enough for abz to pop for summer. For me to get that lean I look skinny and I don't care for skinny. I'll be happy with just no gut

Atleast last summer anyway. Abs did not pop but I got pretty thin. To thin for my liking at 210 lbs.
I like 220 as a good weight for me

Whoops - never meant to encourage you to get scrawny - I also sure do not like the scrawny look. Abs can still show at least a bit on some of us above 200. I, unfortunately, am not one of them either.

No jim I got what you ment. I appreciate the encouragement . I'm less focused on getting ripped for summer. Not real sure what my goal is lately. Just trying to not get fatter and not lose strength and see what happens
