Worked out in the engine room on the boat since wind chill out side is 30.

Bw chest dips 10x2
Inline bench press
35's x10 wu
65's x 15,15,12 last set to almost failure. Last rep I could do safely

Incline db flys
35x10x3 sets. Felt these in shoulders a lot

Chest dips 5 x AMAP
10,10,10,8,8+3reps with feet on floor assisting

Push ups
10,8,7,7,8 dug deep for last set

Pull overs/ skulls
35x25 reps
50x12,12

Done


Killer session with short rest.

Air in engine room is not of high quality. Throat gets sore breathing it while workin out.
It's been wet and cold the last couple days so engine room was best choice.
