Strong upper day Chad! My shoulders did not care for incline DB's last week, even at much lower weight than you are throwing around! Those incline curlz are tough too!

Man would I love to find an old school PL gym close to home!!

My shoulders do feel beat down this morning and the arnolds were much harder with those 55's then they were with 65's last time on boat.
Im really liking the full body feel of this routine yet it's splitting legs and upper body.

325 x 5. Never really done these but I like them. I am rotating out sumo and conventional on each 5x5 day

Ab's kneeling cabke crunch

Standing calf raise on leverage machine
120x30x3
All the way down into a stretch position.

Total time 75 minutes

On squat I used a wider stance and went down to a bench on decline so its still below parallel and found it easier to lead with my glutes, and keep my knees out on way back up.

I will do three sets at 240 next time instead of 2 and then move up the following week in weight.

Strong session Chad! I also love doing squats and deads together, but deads first. Hopefully you have found a stance that will work consistently well for your progression. It is amazing how much 1 inch can even make! It's another reason I like monolifts, as I often screw up my stance when stepping back.
