I was going to take a break from logging on both sights but I figured since I really don't get good advice on the other sight I would try to just log here and see if I enjoy it more just doing one log here.

Today is first day off boat. I recently switched to the real results 4 day routine that Rich is doing. My nephew wanted me to teach him how to lift and the body part split did not have him squatting enough to learn form so twice a week was the happy medium to work for both of us .

Leg day
Kettle bell swings
15x15
35x15/12 wu
High pulls used as a warm up /primer for dead lift
135x3x2
155x3x2

Dead lift
205x5
275x5
335x6 left one or 2 in tank

I reset my dead lifts to have the best of form while training my nephew.
I had more then that in me but stopped here

Front squat used as back squat warm up
135x3x2
185x2.

Back squat
225x5
230x5
235x5x3. +10 lbs

I recently stopped going ATG and started squatting to a low bench . Still well below parallel but I feel I can make better progress in strength not going as deep.
I started wearing a belt and learned to breath into my stomach thanks to Cuttys web sight .
An crunch on ball (weighted )
35 lb kettle bell x25/20/15.

Actually it is all turning to a sight for compliments and just socializing. A good sight to go chat but I want to get back to lifting and good advice.
I was on there longer so when I only had time to log 1 place it was there.

I was not going to log anymore but decided to try just here since most of the guys I originally found helpful are here now instead of there.

Is Carl still missing in action and GLwannabe?

My nephew works out with me so the sessions are taking longer then usual. Today was 95 minutes.

Thanks randy, just going to try it here for a while. I keep a log on my phone though. I'll keep it going for a while.

Good ram work Chad. I bounced the bar off the back of my head on the BTNP the other day too, but with much less weight

Hardest part right now with bhtnp is I have the bar set lower in the rack position to help my nephew but it makes it harder for me to unrack.

I'm going to rearrange the work outs a little to have him using dumbbells when I do barbell and then switch the next time.
