Thanks guys, it is a nice machine. Not same as free weight but only thing it lacks is having to balance side to side .

I got off the boat at 5 am. been up since 11 pm and took an hour nap when i got home from 7 am to 8 am.

me an the wife had a couple rounds of cardio since I been gone a week but that has never effected me before.

I have been back on Intermittant fasting for about a month. doing pretty good with it so far. I have not been training fasted though due to my work schedule and when i get to lift.

Today i had 3 egg omlet at 10 am and lifted at noon.

squats ( on the smith /power rack combo )
all atg.
135 x5
205x5
235x5
275x1 this was all i had in me today at atg.
235x5
225x5
205x7

straight leg dead lift
145x10+10lbs
215x8+10 lb
235x8+5 lb

45 deg leg press
(weight not including sled weight)
270x15+3 reps
360x15+3 reps
450x15+3 reps

45 degree leg press calf raise
450x15 ,15,12 same as last session. calfs cramped up on me

leg curls
75x12
90x10x2 slow controled reps never locking out or resting.

leg extensions.
195x20x3 +5 reps on first set.

done in 75 minutes.
energy was drained today. i will be feeling this later. \


all my sessions on the boat were really good boat work outs. I did not feel like loggin from my phone and dont use the boat computer much anymore. signal has been horrible where we work this past week so did not get on line much.

thanks Hunter. I think im going to go back to box squatting , the machine still has a slight un natural feel to it . Monday I will do box squats. Dont have to be atg since im doing all the extra leg and ass work.

Work out done at home.

10 push ups warm up

210x5+5 lbs and 2 extra reps
Now add super ram
235x5x2

Took off super ram and finished with
190x7x2

Incline dumbbell press
45 deg bench
65's x15+6 reps
65's x10+1 rep
65's x 9

Skipped fly's

Tricep rip skulls
90x12+2 reps
90x10
90x9

Single arm tricep push down supernated grip
15 lbs x12

Arms were crazy pumped and so was chest . I decided to lift at home because I was gone in a class all day and by the time I could lift , to many Brocephs would be at the public gym we are temporarily using. Feel today was a great session, strength is not quite as good since losing 7 pounds but damn I'm looking sexy
Leg Doms have set in from yesterday , ass and hammie's mainly but quads are pumped too .
The plus side of all this, I'm starting to see abs at 230 . They look as good as last year at 215. I'm trying to maybe get to 225 and maintain through the summer boating season. Already looking forward to next years winter bulk
