Leg day that I think squatter would appreciate since I lifted for him today.

Warm up on elliptical at public gym. Man this place is loaded with great looking women now. 2 years ago when I was here , not so much.

Box squat(touch and go , just to stop me before bottoming rack out)
Bar x10
135x5
195x5
225x3 wu

275x3x2
255x5
225x8

Straight leg dead lift with snatch grip
135x12
205x10
225x10 versa grips

Leg press( weight is just plates added)
230x15+5
320x15+5
410x15 same
Any one know what a 45 deg leg press sled weighs?

Calf press on leg press
410 x 10 x 3( again weight + sled weight)

Lying leg curl
75x15
90x10x2

Leg extensions
180x15x3
First set was 15 seconds rest
Second set was 25 seconds.

Those were more burn out sets.


Ab machine seated crunch
80x15
90x12x2 +10 lbs


Done in 70 minutes including warm up on elliptical

2 triples at 275 works for me! Awesome lifting Chad!

All those leg presses likely weigh in different, but I reckon it is irrelevant in terms of progression if you use the same machine all the time.

I also find I have to use the VG's on sntach grip pulls - night and day difference.

Really appreciate you lifting tonight for me - I can feel the DOMS coming on already!

Any time jim, the triple was suppose to be a drop set RPT style but I liked it so much I done another.
