Impressive dedication to get something done in a hotel gym, which are usually not very impressive. Quite surprised there is at least 1 good one out there as they usually are an after thought.

How's the dancing coming along?

Thanks Jim. She is doing great with the dancing, I'm the one burnt out on dance competition out of state . Hotel cost are getting out of hand .
I guess I'll be looking for overtime work again.

Leg day and last day home. Will be back on boat tomorrow for a week so all upper body days are going to be on boat.

Warmed up for 3 minutes on stair climber.

First change up is from ATG squats to Box squats. Olympic bar would not fit in smith rack. It was an inch to short. I could have used the smith machine but even though it allows front to back movement it takes out stabilizing . No thanks!

Box squat
135 x 5 x 2
185x5
225 x 3 wu

RPT
275x3 getting use to touching the box made 3 all I could get
255x4 would have had 5 but plate still hit a plate on rack.
245x5
225x7 this felt good. Today's session is getting use to box squats

Straight leg dead lifts snatch grip raw
135x12+2
205 x12+2.

Leg press (45 deg)
230x10
320x10
410x15. Felt great on the quads

Laying leg curls
90x 10+2
90x10-15 lbs ( better form and slow reps for these)
90x10 same as above

Leg extensions
180x20+8reps
210x20 +10 reps
225x12+4 reps

An crunch machine
60x15+20 lbs
80x15x2+40 lbs and more reps

Done in an hour.

Great work Cahd! Good choice on not using the smith to squat. Even at a different location, think we'd have to banish you from the lifting community for that ! Strong work!!!

Nice numbers all round on leg press Chad - I think that lift is making a comeback around here!

Leg press feels good on quads and the weight I listed does not include what the sled weights because I don't have a clue. That's just what the plates added weigh.

While I have use of the gym and all the equipment I'm going to try my best to get quads stronger for dead lift and back stronger with rack pulls.
I feel a 450 rack pull can be had soon as 425 was not as bad as 365 dead lift at home. I'm going to build rack pull up with a 500 goal by end of 6 month membership .
Hoping to be repping over 300 on squat also with 5+ reps

Thanks , smith machine was not considered for a second.
I only hoped that the rack would work with a barbell.

If I have to load up the bar with 25's and 10's to get deep enough I will
