I entered that wrong, that's +5 lbs but still 9 reps. Last session 185x9 . I felt good this time , I was very close to a 10th rep but I was having to push with all I had on way back up and chose not to go to failure so I let it Down. I could have had it but it was going to be a real grinder.

Straight leg dead lift with a snatch grip
135x12
185x8 raw
185x10 with versa grips

Leverage machine squat( close stance)
195+10x20. This had me layin down gasping for air after. Who needs cardio?


Done in 40 minutes


Note: dead lift will be every other week. Subbed with straight leg dead lift.

Loving the time change for boat work outs.

Really motivated today and even took my shirt off to work out.

Bench on bowflex incline style
100x10 wu
250( 2 new 50 lb rods and 1 old 50 lb rod /side)
12,12,12,10
Bw dips
9x5 sets short rest made the 10th rep not happening on each set after bowflex

Flat bench db press
65's x 10 x3

Bowflex chest fly
200x12,10,9. Bowflex flys are really great feeling

Tricep over head extension
65x20x15,15.

2 bands push down single arm
10x3 each arm


Total time 50 minutes


Really enjoyed this session and kept all rest times really short. Did not count but close to 30 seconds for every thing .

I'm still a little to fluffy to do a commercial for them

Tomorrow no lifting but I brought my kettle bell to the boat to start doing swings with tabata style to help shed some fat for my off days from lifting .
