Hope you still grow without being or getting sore, otherwise I'm screwed cause most of the time I'm fine! Although some say I'm lifting wrong

I don't always get sore . I decided to do a second session though for legs because I felt good and of course I got a whole explanation about how I still made gains even though I did not get sore. Dur!!!!

Just for a few people. Truth is he is the only one I don't like. I tried blocking him but he can still see my log. When you block or ignore , it should stop both sides.

thanks Ben, if not my company I can help you get on other company's. Best job is on a red flag oil tow. You do more riding and you can get a tankerman ticket pretty fast and make more money then just being a deckhand.
Only down fall is getting actual weight to work out with but we have so much stuff to lift and gaining strength is not a concern as a deckhand.
