Broflex sounds good bro

I think I'm starting to like the bowflex. It's very similar to the band/ chain concept in the way it feels.

Chest feels more worked today then it did from all the work I done at home last Wednesday .

Don't do it bro, just add a broflexx super jim model I your jim gym and bro lift with me bro.



Tonight's quick 2nd leg work out this week because the squat session did not give me DOM's Monday .

This did. I must say , broflexx leg curls and extension is the best feeling machine I have used on those two moves.

thanks Ben, if not my company I can help you get on other company's. Best job is on a red flag oil tow. You do more riding and you can get a tankerman ticket pretty fast and make more money then just being a deckhand.
Only down fall is getting actual weight to work out with but we have so much stuff to lift and gaining strength is not a concern as a deckhand.

Like I said, the effort you put out on that 290 rep would have given me DOMS for 2 weeks :eek!!!
