Haha the pro on the other sight already repeated what I said about my knees caving.

I won't be going back to a single for a little while , I like the way the triples feel so I will work on maybe 4 sets of 3 and build up from there .

Then use the leverage machine as a 20 rep finishing tool.

I noticed the knees caving as well. perhaps playing around with stance and how far feet are pointed out might help. The hardest thing for me to learn has been spreading the floor with those knees. When it works my squat is golden.

Really impressive how you ground out that 290 as well.

Thanks Jim, foot spacing does make a difference. I'll work on finding the right stance.

Yeah the 290 was a grinder but sure showed your lifter heart!! I have found that I have to concentrate of my knees <> for the entire lift! Especially coming out of the hole!

What you seen was what I have mentioned before. A lift will feel heavy only because I strain harder then I need to and then when I realize what's happening I stop over thinking it and just push it up.
Happens more on bench then any other lift but lately I been gettin past it on bench.

Tonight's chest boat work out. Wind was blowing an a bit chilly out side . I already have a sore throat so I did what had to be done and ended in 30 minutes.
No extra tricep work just what you see.
