No sir, torch not to be used again to put heat on it. I will pull the transmission and remove it that way.

Pressing was good but really thought I had
More reps in me. I think the car and other things in life had my focus. I will stay at that weight and build the reps of each set up as I think I will be doing a cut soon. I'm starting to out grow all my pants and my summer shorts can forget it. No way they are gonna fit.

Well, it's a good thing your strong and fit to put out fires! Very relieved and happy your also a quick thinker and got that fire out. I would'nt bash yourself as I think everyone has done something like that. My brother is a mechanic, and he could sit down and talk all night about stuff he has seen and done.

Seems sky is the limit with your stellar BTNP. Wow.

Guarantee every one of us has done something we didn't quite think all the way through Our first reaction is to look around to make sure nobody witnessed our moment haha.

Incredible pressing strength Chad

This method of using heat was be recommendation of two really good mechanics, one is my brother and the other is a best friend. Also a third person is my other brother who said that should work.
None of us thought about the car catching fire as I was not trying to heat that part up.

I will pull the transmission and then cut the dang yoke off.

So I think I'm lifting enough weight that I should build from here on my lifts to higher reps but with the weight I'm already lifting. Squat will stay same and build on the 20 rep set I do after the heavy single. Dead lift may stay the same as well but the other lifts will build on the sets I'm already doing to add reps .

Bench press I will try to turn the 235x5 into all three sets being 5 instead of 5,3,3.

Rows I will start buildin the reps up to 10 for those 2 sets. And maybe even the warm up sets go up on reps .

Diet is not going to change much, I think just adding some cardio will help lose some fat slow enough and maybe cut back on some milk drinking. Maybe a glass with my breakfast since that's the only way to eat breakfast with milk

Don't really mind the weight im at but don't want to get any heavier, 236.8 this morning. 225 will be a great goal weight this time though for summer.

Thanks Steve

Today I Did not want to spend a lot of time lifting, last day home as I Get back on boat tomorrow. I was going to do sumo squats but decided I done enough squats to not worry about sumo dead lift. Lower back had a crazy pump after my set of 20 on leverage machine.

Wu for 2 minutes on elliptical and 10 reps of squat with 95 lbs.
Also 2 sets of high pulls for warm up
95x5x2

All ATG squats
135x5
185x5
215x5
255x3 these felt easier then last week
280x1+5 pr felt pretty good aside from knees caving in some
290x1 +15 pr knees cave in and broke concentration , had to dig deep to push up

Leverage machine squat( done these to keep feet closer and work on quads)
185x20

Ab work( have not done in a while)
Hanging knee raise super set with ball crunch
15/20 15/15 done. Abs hated me today , squat already had my abs feeling worked so I stopped at two sets each here

255x3 ATG squat
Tagged wrong but it's 280x1 instead of 255x3
290x1 new best by 15 lbs. was a grinder but it was all mind control

185x20

Thanks Jay, I am glad I pushed through but not very happy with the knees. I will have to work on that , 255x3 don't seem to do it so maybe I'll drop back and work those triples more.
Whats the thoughts on knee wraps around here? My knees do get some
Discomfort from the knees caving in and wonder would wraps help with this or just a
Crutch ?

I got some wraps, but haven't tried them yet. I have some old baseball knee pads I wear basically every workout to keep my knees warmer. Seems to help me some. Top set I wouldn't worry bout lookin perfect, nobody's max set is perfect! I'm sure other smarter people will give advice on wraps or form adjustments! Keep working hard!
