95x5 wu

135x5
185x5
215x3
260x2,3+1 and new PR
All ATG. I had to dig in on that last rep. I found I was straining to hard and half way up I cleared my mind and just breathed and the weight went up. I feel I cut my self short a lot on squat and bench for the reason.
My barbell rows and dumbbell rows just happen . I don't over think those lifts.

Sumo dead lift
135x10 felt good but not wide enough with feet
185x10 good but hands were to close causing wrist discomfort
205x10 all good form and felt great.
Really hit the glute's and hammie's

Single leg squat on leverage machine
95x20 each leg +20 lbs

Done in 35 minutes Kept rest times to 2 minutes except heavy squat I took 3 minutes that set.

Great work out, maybe one of the most intense ever.

Thanks Steve. I'm taking some time off from lifting while on vacation . Hopefully when I get back at it I will confront to add 5 lbs but just coming back I'm going to drop back to 245 or so and rep out.

Glad to see Sumo's are working for you. I seem to always scrape my shins on them. Great compliemt to conventional pulls tho.
