Thanks Steve , I'm doing pre exhouast since I am limited on 65's for now . I have bands that I am going to Try adding some resistance with. Not sure how they will work out , ever put a band with dumbbells for bench work before ?

im going to be finding out soon how effective it is. dumbbell rows at 65 lbs were to easy.
I like the pre exhaust on flys then incline bench press. I have 35's ill use next time for fly's though. 25's were cardio

Cardio, 15 minutes straight of stairs on back of boat. Bottom flight hitting each step, top flight skipping a step.
Legs like jelly.

Shoulder work out on boat

Dumbbell snatch to over head press

These seem to agrivate my tendinitis in left elbow

Side lateral super setted with Arnold press
25's x 12,12,10
Arnold's
35's x 12,10,8

Rear delt raise super setted with front raise
25x 12,12 35'sx10 rear
25'sx12x3 front raise

Single arm over head press
25x 10
35x12
65x4

Dumbbell shrug with 2 count hold contracted
65's x12 x3

Tricep single arm kick back with bands
1 band x 15
2 bands x 15
3 bands x10 these got to be work

Band curls
All 3 bands x10 x 3

These were tough on the tendinitis but better then a dumbbell because the concistent pressure.

Total time 35 minutes
