Want to thank Steve Shaw for teaching me where I was messing up. I was dropping to fast to the hole and losing my balance. This caused me to go into a good morning(bad mornings for me) . I slowed down and also took the time to wrap my knees on all work sets. These tips build my confidence, something I have lost since my ankle break a couple years ago.

Romanian dead lift
205x10
260+5 x10 x 2 +1 set

Pendlay rows
260+5 x 5/5/6

Wide grip pull downs
160 x 9/9/10+4 total reps.

Abs
Rolling planks side to side
20/15
Planks with knee kicks
15/15

Skipped calf raises because of all the walking I done in my yard over the weekend.
My phone calculated 12.9 miles Saturday and 8 miles Sunday.

Total time 70 minutes.

mud bug pr for me. As for the lifts, I'm taking what the lifting gods put on me

Seated with no back rest just a belt on heavy sets.
Not use these backless so felt tough.

65's x 10 /8/8. These were tough after flys. Shoulder gets abused though
