20 ball crunch's after stretching abs on ball, i hit a set of crunch's.

Tonight before the work out I took 3 scoops of NOVEM. This stuff never lets me down either, energy and pump was certainly there.

Total time was longer then I hoped, Trying to help my wife do squats and killed more time then I hoped. WE ended up having her hold on to my rack and just do 5 sets of 12 body weight squats . This is the only way she can do them that dont hurt her knee.
Total time, 1hr 20 minutes.

This work out felt great, i will give it a solid A

week 3 day 3 Real results push pull press routine.

dead lifts
5x135
5x155
3 x 185
3x3x205

High pulls
4x3x145 These feel great, will be going up on weight next week

squats
5x135
5x185
3x205
3x3x225 these were easier tonight then wednesday. will go up monday

BHTNP
5x135
5x150
3x160 went to the ears on the first 3 sets
3x3x180. these felt good but heavy. went just below top of the head but still not going to top of the ear.

NEW MOVE= One arm dumbbell rows
4x6x85 each arm. These felt great, love this move. will go to 90 monday and work that weight next week.

Under hand grip chin ups
6 , 6. very good form , mostly done to work biceps

Dips
felt great tonight 5x10x bw.

Abs= planks
60 seconds x3 sets.

Tonight I took a sample pack of N.O explode. First time useing this but I like it. It gave me good clean energy and focus. I busted out sets pretty quick back to back.

work out took 1 hr 30 minutes to complete , 5-10 minutes spent setting up dumbbell for rows. will have it ready before starting work out next time to save time.

Tonight was a great session. Me and mrs Cleeper really like the dumbbell rows. I may do an extra set of chins as I did not feel to much from just 2 sets. The dumbbell rows really hit the rear delt great, I think this is a great move to compliment BHTNP.

This routine really keeps me motivated and looking forward to lifting.

A lot of great back work tonight Cleep. Dumbbells rows are one of my favorite. You're starting at a pretty decent weight. Won't be long before you're rowing 100-120.

With this workout I can see you making some pretty impressive gains. Hard work all the way around.

Carl.
This feels like the perfect change up from the Reeves program. Everything is falling into place and compared to what I was lifting before the Reeves program, I am much stronger since switching to full body and working the squat and dead lifts more then 1 time a week.

The dumbbell row hit the rear delts in the perfect way , i can tell this is going to really make my shoulders grow, Chins and pull ups will still be performed , mixxed up some as i dont want to lose them completely . I just started doing them and getting them in good reps to stop completely.

I'm glad you're seeing this. I preach that rows are a solid rear delt builder. It's not exactly a concept embraced by modern bodybuilding.

I can tell by the way they feel that they are going to really hit my shoulders that I feel need the extra work. My front delts have really grown now the rear should too.
