Strong start Chad! How you feel today? Noticeably less volume than Reeves?

Yes I was less fatigued for sure. Being done quicker was nice too.
I think this is a good trade because tonights squats will be higher rep on the leverage machine so it will be high and low rep instead of always higher weight. Results were good on reeves though, I just can't keep it up more then 10 weeks at a time before I'm run down.

I like the combo of alternating high and low rep days vs always high!

Week 1 day 2 the Grind

215 x3 x4 sets
Still feeling out weight. Will go to 225 next week

305 x10. Legs and lower back get worked hard here.

Db single arm row

150 x5. Did not push on these, will build it all up as I get use to the routine.

Incline bench reverse grip db bench press
40's x15
50'sX 12x2 sets. Good chest pump, will add weight here

Hammer grip pull ups
Bw(240 dressed) x 7/10/7.
Note: my daughter did 5 reps x 3 sets with me just having my hands on her waist to catch her. I lifted her up to the bar and had her do a hammer grip. Last time she used over hand grip.

Decline bench RIP skull crushers
85 x 12 x3 sets will add 5 lbs next week

Seated db curl.
35's x 15/12/10. Concentrated on the squeeze, good pump

Me to, I needed some high rep work for a while , certainly shocked me into some growth but I felt run down. I'll hit it again some day for a 8-12 week cycle.
