The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. Getting the feel of these . these have a really good contraction at the peak.

Chest dips
240 lb body weight x 20/16/15 +2 total.
Done these with a wide grip on the handles . really hits the outer chest and triceps

Cable crunch
90 x30/20/15, man these me cramps

Side bends
105 x11x1

Single leg bw calf raise
240 x15 x3

Done in roughly 75 minutes. Timer did not save for some reason

Today I had great energy and focus. I took a two week break from pre workout stimulants and today I took d-stunner. great focus and energy. Really wanted to just keep lifting today but my better sense told me to stop and get ready for work.
