Will add 5 lbs and back to 8reps

dead lift

375x3 new pr. Have not dead lift from floor in 8 +weeks. Felt good, will do rack pulls for 3 weeks and then do dead lift again.

155x12+1. Resetting back to 8 reps

Hammer grip pull up
Bw +5 x 12/10/7 (250 total)

chest dip
Bw+5(250) x 15/12/12
Pull up. And dips with 30 seconds between sets

Hammer curls( cross body)
40+5 db x 10x3. Last set was a grind

single arm reverse grip tricep push down
20 lb x 20/19 each arm

Calf raise
195 x20x2 slow rep's held on stretch at bottom( damn that burns)

Skipped abs as they were smoked from squat and dead lift

Done in 82 minutes
