Haha - ya, when I read the dips I thought Chad is 238?? And then I saw your notes below. I guess your on a mini bulk then? BTNP stands out again in a fine overall session. Still impressive how fast you get it done.

Yes a bulk. I mentioned in an earlier post that I had such good luck on a cut with this program that I wanted to try it on a bulk.

Starts off as a pull down with lat's then triceps.

Ab

wheel roll out
12/11/10+3 total

Calf raise on leverage machine
195 x16 x3 +3 total

Total time 75 min

Really getting back into this routine. It takes time to work back into handling this sort of routine so walking into it is the only way.
I'm close to my working weights on most lifts.

Dont read to much into the weight gained from 233 last week. Time if day along with wearing sweat pants sweat shirt and heavier shoes this time.
Have gained about a pound avg though.

Warm up For 5 minutes on elliptical

Squat( switched back to barbell)

2 min between sets. Weight feels like a good starting point for this routine.

Romanian dead lift
185 x10x2 +10 lbs

Pendlay row
185 x10+10 lbs( to lazy to drop back to 175 after deads)
205 x10
215 x9

Bhtnp

155 x10

Bench
135 x11
155 x11
175 x11+1

Db curls
35's x10/11/11+1 on each set

Chest dips
15/15/10 same but +2 lbs again. Yes 240 dressed

Hanging knee raise
25x3+5 each set

Calf raise
195 x20 x3+4 each set

Total time
1:08


Note:I swapped back to barbell because my knees started getting achy. They never ached in 5 years of barbell squats, 2 months of leverage machine and they are achy. I think its because my stance is close .
Either way, barbell feels good .
