Thanks for all the kind words folks. Move is done now and I found a good gym about 4 blocks away. Between this place and Be Strong up in Bloomington, i should be set.

Brutal squat day. I probably should have taken things easier, but that would have made way too much sense.

Squat
135 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 1
315 x 1
365 x 1 - felt nice and easy
410 x 1 - grinder. got it back up, but couldn't walk it in, so squatted back down and left it on the spotting pins
315 x 1 - nothing at all left, done with squats for the day

Lying leg curl
30 x 30

Done. Short and sweet.

Wow - 410 squat! Don't think I have ever heard of anyone not being able to rerack it, which speaks volumes about your gargantuan effort to complete the rep, which it would have been on a monolift.

Haha, I did the same thing Thursday morning - doing just squats with a heavy single and call it a day. Great squatters think alike right!!

Haha. If I hit that 410, I'm walking out on a high note! Finishing with leg curls? It's anti-climactic. Where's your sense of drama? Squat massive, then leave!

Thanks Jim. I'm clumsy still with the knee wraps, they make walking it in and out very difficult. One of these days I'll get the hang of them
