Epic session today. Got my Muscle Marinade and Condense in today from Purus Labs. I'll be starting up a log of it and will link it here once that is up and running.

Squat

275 x 1 - add belt and wrist wraps
315 x 1 - add knee wraps. i didn't want my first wrapped squat to be a max
375 x 1 - match all time PR, was EZ MODE
330 x 3 - no wraps

Rack Pull - no power shrugging today. Am I screwing with the system? i dunno, but i wanted to focus on slamming my hips into the bar and dropping the pin down. Bar is at knee level

Leg Curl - got in 2 sets before they caught me
150 x 12

Plank
BW x 30sec x 2

Calf Raise - used trap bar today

Yep, depth was good to go, but wrap not so much!

Congratz on the big PR match and even more exciting is that it was easy. It must have been tempting to go for a PR, so good job exercising restraint and control.

Skipping squats is blasphemy of the Church, but shrugs is not, so we'll let it go.
