Rough day today. My upper body is not doing so well after axle and stone work, shut down early today.

Bench
95 x 5
135 x 5 - left elbow began hurting pretty bad
185 x 3
225 x 1
245 x 1
220 x 1 - not heavy, but painful, so shut it down

DB Row
115 x 10 - was not feeling safe today. done.
