Awesome squattage Brute.

Those squats might not be as big a deal as you think. I know I start to shoot my hips back on the way up, and get that lean in there hard, when I start to get tired toards the end of a hard squat session.

It's not so much that it's bad form per se, just quads are tired and kind of trying to get the load off themselves and onto the back as quickly as possible, which for you is great because you have so much back strength. Jeeze you could probably good morning 300+. Your quads are probably relieved when you back takes over. haha.

Just a thought. Rock on.

I had alot of success in the past doing both strict and push pressing. Fractional plates on OHP are also almost a must. Excellent antagonism there as well big guy!
