Damn good bench session today. Secondary pressing sucked, but i'm ok with that for the next couple weeks.

Changed my grip up on bench, moved it out about half an inch per hand and it felt much, much better. I'm touching lower without getting into awkward positions, feel more chest involvement, and feel that my back stays tighter.

I think I might have passed out while switching arms for that 20 repper row. Now I gotta try it! I'm thinking if I copy you on the backwork, maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to make a 500 dead look easy as well.

Nice work on the paused pressing as well. It's a tough lift.

Nice deadlifts! What do you got to be so angry about? Aweome rows too!! Killing it.

Good news on the bench. All those little things getting better and better seems to make a big difference in my experience.

Good deadlift day today. Nothing huge, but got some good work in.

Deads
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 2 - was going to do time singles but the plates didnt want to stay on. The collars I have are fine for some things, but don't stay on well for any kind of reppage
465 x 2

465 x 3
315 x 5 triples

A powerclean at 135, was going to front squat it, but wrists didn't like it. Another day maybe. I need to figure out something to do after deads that I can do at home though.
