Thanks folks. Good times a rollin.

Good squat day. Last single felt a little heavier, but I made it. When I first began, I thought my current strength level was almost unachievable. I had no idea.

Squat
135 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 1
275 x 1
295 x 1
315 x 1
335 x 1
225 x 12
225 x 10
225 x 8
225 x 6

Leg Press
440 x 20

No rack pulls, letting my wrist recover. Nothing too bad, but I don't want to make it worse.

Squat video. Not as pretty as I would like, but we're getting there.

245 x 1 - solid. took a full 5 minutes between #3 and this one

Brute Press - only added 1 rep this week, but its 1 rep closer to the goal
60 x 6 - lats cramped too bad to keep going
