So, my abs and obliques are pretty darn sore today from my first abs session in 6-8 months. Next one is tomorrow, we'll see how that goes.

Felt like hell but that's solid work.

I didn't see the abs session. That's one thing I need to stay consistent on.

That exercise is still an obscure gem. I do my rack chins with a feet on a bench. I can take about 3 sets before my biceps hate me.

Yeah, its a lot of fun and one of the few rowing type movements that doesn't seem to load the back. I need to start doing rack chins as well, the assisted pull-up machine never seems to translate well into the real movement for me.
