The knee feels stable during them. The only trouble I run into is the later sets when my calves and hamstrings start to get tired. No real pain today, but I decided against a 5th set of power cleans since my calf was starting to get a little too tight.

Where does to food go!? I've eaten
2 scoops whey
12 hamburger patties
6 pieces of american cheese
1 cup of broccoli
2 chicken breasts
3/4 pound of steak
1 head of romaine lettuce
1/2 cup of almonds

still starving.

The good news, my metabolism seems to be on an upswing. The bad news is so is my grocery bill.

The funny part is I only managed to add about 8 oz to my weight from the day before. Can't wait till I'm purposely bulking and days like that are going to be standard. Send your hard gainers to me. My cut is their bulk.

GREAT session today. Yesterday's feeding frenzy was today's beat down. Deadlifts are coming back, leg and knee are feeling solid, and bench felt too easy.

Deadlift - 275 felt as light as 135.
135x10
225x5x3
275x3

Goblet Squat
35x10 - was beginning to put pressure on my knee and shin, so stopped these for the day

Bench
Warmup
185x5x4 - EASY. Getting me legs back under me is helping a lot, and the deadlifts helped with motivation a lot.

Assisted Chin
(55)x5/5/3 - Finally hit my limit on these. Hoping to be doing good reps with BW by the end of the year

Box Jump - started VERY low. no sense in breaking my neck on accessory movements
3 risers x10
5 risers x 10

Finished the session with some deadlift work with my girlfriend. Worked on form for about 15 minutes, and she's getting much better. She has a tendency to lock her knees out before the bar reaches them and RDL the weight up, which was bothering her back, so I'm hoping lighter weight and focusing on each rep will help.
