Overall if looked pretty good. Depth, knees and head were solid. Do front the front next time if you can.

Thanks for taking a look BtB. I am considering taking the rest of the week off of squats, my left knee has been killing me since the strongman comp last month. Sharp pain at the top of the calf into the back of the knee when I stretch my hamstrings, and some soreness on the side of the knee. Rarely hurts when doing squats, but since its lingered this long I am thinking I may just need to rest it for a little while.

In other news, I am getting quotes for a super yoke at some local welding shops. Hoping they can come in under $350. If so, I'll have a yoke that will adjust to rest on my back for yoke walks as well as adjust down to be used for zercher's type carries and Conan's Wheel practice.

I would back off if it's that bad.

Let me know if that yolk works out. I have a nice 94 Suzuki that is begging to be hollowed out and modified into a yolk.

Great session today. Pull-ups were off today, and no squats, so not the perfect workout, but deads and bench went great and my knee is feeling better. Hoping by Monday I'll be 100% again.

BWx3x5 - Had a lot of trouble locking these out today, tried to compensate with slow negatives.

Good session. Would like to have felt stronger on the chins, but it may take some time and more focus. Left knee is feeling much better, but not going to push it till Monday. I'll have some videos of bench and a deadlift video up later on today.
