So kids, if you want to be awesome like your uncle Brute, who's primary occupation is awesomeness, this is what you will eat on a cut. In one day. Let me stress, this is on a cut. Doing this, I've dropped 17 pounds of the past 3 months and added 40 pounds to my deadlift.

8-10 oz sausage and beef in marinara (spaghetti sans noodles)
1 scoop protein powder
16 oz pork steak w 6 oz cauliflower
hamburger with cheese (8 oz burger)
16 oz ground beef taco salad with 4 oz cheese and a fair bit of sour cream

It sure does.

Crushed it in the gym today. Last week I stapled myself on 175 bench. This week I rammed 4 sets at 180 like a boss. Deads felt pretty good, grip issues at 405 with a slick bar.

Thanks BtB. Bench has always been the hardest lift for me to get progress on. I'm getting close to my previous 5 rep max, and am able to get 4 sets with it after deadlifts and goblet squats. One of these days I may have to bench first and see where my strength is on it, but I'll give it several months. I'm hoping to ride this train into 225x5 by the end of the year.

Thanks T-Bone. I'm loving this diet. I need to focus a little harder on the weight loss portion, but its tough to want to eat less when strength gains are coming. I just have to remember that once I get down to my goal I can bulk and get some heavy duty gains out of that.

Thanks Pull! In 5 weeks I'm going to try to bust my old PR wide open. Got a grinding 435 4 weeks ago, trying for 450 then. Then going to keep going for PR's every other week after that till I miss.Hoping to hit at least 475 by the end of the year.
