Thanks Jim. For the 295s, my goal was 25 reps across 4 sets. Only 15 total this time, but I think I can add 5 next week, and hopefully 5 more the week after and then bump the weight 5 pounds. I'm very picky about form on the reps, so as soon as things start to look off, I rack and live to fight another day

I pause every rep on bench. Not for long, but about the same length that it touched my chest at the SPF meet.
