Thanks LD. I would add 10 pounds, but it can't hurt to only add 5 either. I certainly wouldn't add more than 10. I had been doing a single whenever I felt ready, or even if I didn't, but I overworked myself and ended up having breathing issues for several hours after the session, so i slowed it down a little.
