Quick question about the huge gainer 4-day rep goal routine.
I noticed the progression scheme for deadlift is not like the other exercises. Did you set a "rep goal" for the singles with 75% for 10 minutes?

Thanks for the support everyone. I had a great time at the meet even if I did place dead last in my division.

@LD I have a rep goal of 5+ on the heavy singles day for 5 minutes and 10+ for the lighter singles day. Some days I go in and just hit heavier singles because I love heavy freaking deadlifts. I actually stopped doing max reps in 10 minutes because I screwed up my breathing after hitting 18 reps with 420, so right now i am shooting for a single every minute on the minute

Good squattage today

Squat
135 x 3
225 x 3
275 x 1
315 x 1 - add belt and wrist wraps
365 x 1 - add knee wraps
395 x 1 - PR + 10 pounds
345 x 3 - last rep was bad. came up, but way too hard

Rack Pull/Power shrug
135 x 10
225 x 10 - enough. I hate to be a little girl about it, but my neck was starting to cramp. no injuries

Leg Curl
160 x 10 x 4

Done.
