I know it must suck to deal with right now, but know there are bigger things to come. Just keep getting stronger and keep getting better with the events. It's actually a compliment that you are one of the big boys now. Keep stepping to it.

Thanks OR. One of the common complaints in this sport is that the events get heavier every year. Just means I'll have to get stronger.

Hey Jim,

The deal is that the events are going to be an order of magnitude harder for me. Since I took 2nd in the novice class in October, I can't compete as a novice anymore. I had thought it was only first place that knocked you out of novice, but its 1-3. Here's a link to the contest weights and such, second page is what you want. A common complaint in this sport is how heavy the competitions are getting. This is a level 1 comp, an intro comp if you will. We're moving weights that Kaz and his crew were using in WSM in the olden days. Its getting ridiculous, but what the hell, its still fun. I was just thrown for a loop when I saw I had to compete with Dustin Niles. Dude is a beast.
