So you tweak at 455 and still soldier on to 545 and set a PR - man o man, you sure won that battle. Congratz on the heavy duty PR and all the others to come lol.

Thanks Jim. If I had been at home I might have called it a day, but its an 8 hour round trip to BSM, so I'm not backing down unless the bone is sticking out!

Pretty good day today all things considered. Took it kind of easy since I feel like hell from yesterday. A scoop on Condense got me moving, and I got some decent work in.

Squat
135 x 3
225 x 3
275 x 1
325 x 1 -it was clear that i wasn't going to be repping anything heavy with how this felt
225 x 10 singles

RDL was a no go, felt it pulling hard on the area i tweaked yesterday

Leg Press
350 x 100 - rest pause. hold at top when i needed a break, no deload between rests

So, does it depend on how far the bone is protruding before calling it a day?

Nicely done getting in some lifting despite the tweaks and creaks. Now I might have to try a 100 repper! Maybe I'll do 101!!

So, kind of depressed right now. Re-read NAS rules, I can't compete as Novice anymore and I'll never be able to compete as anything but a Heavyweight. I'm pulling out the the competition that I already paid for due to this. The only thing that would come from competing is injury, I have no chance of budging the weights for the HW.
