Good points Al. Thanks for that, I have been focusing on keeping the elbows down during the upward phase of the squat, but hadn't been thinking about it in the hole.

Foam rolling

Loaded a BB up super heavy in the squat rack and pushed my right trap into it as hard as I could and rolled around the area that was trying to tighten up. Seems to have helped so far. Huge amounts of icy hot and ibuprofen.

Skipping deadlifts today. Yeah, I'm a pussy. I happen to like not tearing muscles in my back.
