Pretty good day today. I didn't get everything done, but most of it. In my defense, I'm no longer allowed to use the hamstring curl machine because "I use too much weight" and it broke the selector pin. It goes to 270, and i only used 150. WTF. Can't wait to get out of this hell hole.

so, when there is more load to be selected, you're not supposed to select it, it's just there for show? The machine must have been feeling weak that day Brute broke it!!!

Strong work, man. You said this was a World Gym? I wasn't training for strength then, but back before the one in town got blown away, they just weren't that kind of gym. People went there to work and a selector pin was the least of their worries.
