So, I was feeling good enough that I decided to lift today. Turns out that it was an AWESOME idea. Still feeling solid, and my mood is improved after moving some iron. No straps today, trying to toughen up my hands a bit. So far, not interfering at all.

425 x 10 singles in 10 minutes. EZ mode. Per BtB's advice, doing a single every minute on the minute.

Farmers - my implements are heavier than i thought. 50 pounds each.
155 x 50 feet x 2. Hands hurt pretty bad
155 x 200 feet. Pain. But no tears, no injuries. Now to add 40 pounds and another 200 feet and i make make something of myself at my upcoming comp.
Definitely gonna try the Deadlift singles EMOM on friday. Thanks for the idea, even if I'll be cursing your name afterward
