oh and on the gym , id rather be the weakest guy at the gym than the strongest - only one way to go from here.....

and by the way - by no means are you weak .... 495lb deadlift is strong to me!

Thanks markie. 495 is good, and way bigger than you'll see most places, but these guys are monsters! And you're absolutely right. Nowhere to go but up.

Plank - Hoping these will help me stay solid under heavy loads
2 x 30 seconds. I would say I suck, but lets look at it as I'll be making a lot of improvements here very soon

No calf raises today. Lame, i know.
