Nice Brute getting it done. Excellent reppage and an impressive 100 push press to boot.

LtL is right, you damn near pause your squats. You could drop to parallel and then let go and rebound up. Just a thought.

Thanks Mike. I've been working on keeping as tight as I can during squats, but I managed to get a little rebound today.
