That ^^ is a helluva solid volume overall Brute, with a standout highlight BB row single. No coincidence that your have such a strong row with an incredible deadlift, and vice versa for that matter.

No cheat meat for me, LOL. I wish. I just finished a 4 day vacation with some bros up in the Smokey Mountains. About all we did was hike, drink beer, and eat red meat and potatoes, and lots of frozen pizzas, so I'm on the straight and narrow for at least a month for diet. Gotta get back under 300!
