Lying Triceps Extension - these were a little painful. I tweaked something in my left arm on the last set of rows, biceps/shoulder tie and forearm were a little painful, but seem fine now.

Cable Row - Log grip attachement. Ok, maybe that isn't what its called, but its how I think of it. It also took a lot of pressure of my biceps and wrist

Pretty good head on your shoulders (ie - resisting the urge to chase a PR and for being a psychic on the row rep count!), which is only getting better by the day!
