So far today, 3 out of the 4 are done. Letting my hamstrings recover before pushing things further, deads and the tire took it out of them

Deadlift

Tire Flip
10 flips, broken up into 3 sets (was going to be 2 sets, but my neighbor came home and i had to stop until he was in the garage so I didn't accidentally push the tire onto his tiny honda hybrid)
