Thanks! I keep thinking there's something terribly wrong with it when I read T-Nation articles, but then I realize I pull more than their authors do.

So, rough day in the gym today. I've some several great days in a row, it was time for an off day I guess.

125 x 5 - missed the goal by 2 reps, repeat next week. On the up side, my old rep max @ 135 was 3. I think I've blown past that.

And then failboat
DB Bench
50 x 5 - barely
70 x 0
Done. If I'm missing light weight, something is usually wrong and I don't need an injury right now. I may try for the second half of the session tonight or tomorrow, I may have just been pressed out after the OHP.

I thought I was supposed to switch to a 17 day non-linear quadratic 3-a-day split to shock my muscles into confusion or something!

No resets here, just going to repeat what I missed and progress where I can. It really wasn't that bad of a session, just disappointing. Next time I'll blow this time out of the water.
