Nice cleans! That's practically cardio there. Holy cow, I get past 5 reps and I start to hallucinate!

Epic squat day. Mediocre leg press, but who's counting. 1 scoop of Volatile helped me get my head in the game. Great stuff there.

Squat
135 x 3 - slow and steady
135 x 5 - dropped fast to loosen up a little, gunshot level popping in the hips, but good to go now
185 x 3
225 x 1 - this used to be heavy, feels stupid light
275 x 1
295 x 1 - a little heavy
315 x 1 - heavy, but not impossibly hard, if that makes sense
215 x 12 - didn't even feel like the bar was loaded
215 x 10
215 x 8 - completely out of breath, but still going strong
215 x 6 - yeah buddy. bring on 225 next week!

Rack pull -> power shrug
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 5
405 x 5
455 x 5 - good height on the shrug, felt strong. gym was sticky and muggy today, even the straps were slipping, so called it there

Leg Press
170 x 5
260 x 5
350 x 5
440 x 5
490 x 10 - had more in me, but not today. was rushed and stopped there.

Post workout - 5 boiled eggs, 2 scoops whey in water.

Squat video - i'll need someone to call depth when I do a meet, this felt high.
