Thanks men. Here's a video of a 440 double. Felt pretty solid, but want to see if there are any glaring deficiencies.

Pretty darn good day today. Progress on everything. Minimum reps on pressing, but thats ok. Busted my ass and got work done.

Clean -> OHP for reps
Bar x 5
95 x 3
120 x 10 - Pretty quick.
120 x 8 - much slower
120 x 6 - major burn
120 x 6 - I wish I had been this tight through the whole 4 sets, on the last few reps I finished strong, very stable. Nothing left though

BB Row

190 x 6

DB Bench
50 x 5
75 x 8 - got off balance and dropped one rather than tear a shoulder

DB Curl
45 x 9 - out of time. spent 10 minutes talking with a younger lifter who wanted my advice on how to get huge legs. there's hope for the world yet.
